These Terms & Conditions regulate the sale of the products presented on the website by the Entity:

To place an order at www.pic-cell.online.com you must be at least 18 (eighteen) years old, or, if you are a minor, you must have the authorization of your parents or legal representatives to contract under the legal terms. By using this website you declare that you meet these conditions.
These Terms & Conditions of contract and use of the website may be amended. The amended Terms & Conditions will be published and must be expressly accepted prior to submitting the order.
When creating an account on the website, you must ensure that the mandatory information provided is correct and complete. We ask that you inform pic.cell of any changes to your identification data, such as postal address, e-mail address and other contact details requested.
By submitting an order, the Customer authorizes pic.cell to contact him so that we can fulfil the contract and/or deliver the order
By using the website, the Customer undertakes not to place any false or fraudulent orders and pic.cell may, if it considers that such an order has been placed, unilaterally cancel it and inform the competent authorities.
To place an order for one or more of the products available on the website, please follow these steps:
– Choose a product from the catalog;
– Add the product to the “cart”;
– Then click on “view cart”;
– You can proceed with the purchase as a guest (“Buy as a Guest”), by creating an account (“New Customer”) or, if you already have an account, by logging in with your email address and password;
– Fill in the fields with your personal details, contact details and shipping address;
– Select the payment method;
– Click on “confirm order”
– In order to “confirm order”, you must first accept these Terms & Conditions.
After payment the order will be processed and you will receive an order confirmation email. This e-mail is merely automated proof that we have received your order and in which we send you information about the order number and date, payment method, delivery and billing address, product price, shipping costs and product identification.
The purchase receipt will be sent to you in paper format together with your order.
If you have any difficulties with your order, you can always contact pic.cell at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All product orders are subject to availability. In this sense, if there is any difficulty in supplying products, or if there are no products in stock, pic.cell will inform you of the unavailability and refund any amount you have paid, within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days.
The values are in euros (EUR) and the prices paid for the products you order are those displayed on this website at the time the order is placed, including VAT at the legal rate in force.
Shipping costs will be charged according to the values indicated on the website and calculated according to the destination address. Any customs duties that may be charged in the country of destination are excluded, where applicable.
You will always be informed, in a clear and concise manner, before finalizing the order, of the total price of the product, which includes the price, all duties and taxes and any other costs that may exist, with the exception of the customs duties referred to in the previous paragraph.
pic.cell reserves the right to change the prices of products and shipping costs at any time, but this will not affect orders for which the order has already been finalized.
Payments can be made by MB Way, credit card, Payshop or Multibanco reference.
MB Way: In order to use this method, you must sign up for the service. The MB Way reference generated is valid for about 4 minutes.
Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard or Maestro (you will be redirected to the Hipay website).
PayShop: Pay at a Payshop.
Multibanco: Pay at a Multibanco terminal or via your HomeBanking.
All orders are processed in the local currency of the country of purchase. If your bank account is in another currency, the exchange rate used to debit your account will be determined automatically by the Bank and not by pic.cell.
All transactions in our online store are protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and Secure Data Encryption. This encryption process ensures that all transactions are secure and that no one can decode your personal data.
The products presented on the website are only available for delivery in the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
During the purchase process you will be asked for your billing and delivery addresses. For security reasons, we do not ship to PO boxes.
All orders will be delivered to the address you specified when placing your order.
Orders will only be shipped after confirmation of stock availability and confirmation of payment, and will be dispatched by pic.cell’s partner companies.
pic.cell will make every effort to deliver your order within 1-3 working days for mainland Portugal and peninsular Spain, 1-3 working days for the Azores and Madeira, 1-3 working days for the Balearics and Canary Islands, 3-5 working days for shipments within Europe and 3-8 working days for deliveries to other countries outside Europe.
It should be noted, however, that there may be reasons, such as circumstances beyond pic.cell’s control, namely events that constitute “Force Majeure” that make it impossible to deliver the order on the scheduled date.
If pic.cell is unable to meet the delivery deadline for the order, it will inform you of this situation, giving you the option of continuing with the purchase, setting a new delivery date, or canceling the order, with a full refund of the amounts paid, within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of knowledge of the unavailability.
In the event of unsuccessful delivery and return to sender, pic.cell will send it again. If delivery is not achieved due to the customer’s responsibility, the customer will bear the new costs.
If for any reason you wish to make an exchange, you may do so freely within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product. The exchange must be made for another product of equal or greater value.
You should contact us at email@example.com indicating the product you wish to exchange and present the purchase invoice.
The product to be returned must be in proper condition and show no marks of use for the exchange to be accepted, and must be sent to the following address:

The shipping of the order is the responsibility of the customer and we advise you to send the order under postal registration for security reasons.
If the returned product complies, pic.cell will exchange it as soon as possible and always within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days.
pic.cell guarantees the conformity of goods purchased on the website in accordance with the provisions of Decree-Law no. 67/2003, of April 8, as amended by Decree-Law no. 84/2008, of May 21.
To this end, it is necessary that the non-conformity of the product purchased exists at the time of its delivery and manifests itself within a maximum period of 2 (two) months from its delivery (“Warranty”).
Therefore, in the event of detecting a lack of conformity of the purchased product with the contract, you must, within a maximum and non-extendable period of 2 (two) months from the date of detection of the lack of conformity, contact pic.cell, providing the order number, the product details and identifying the non-conformity in question, via our email address. firstname.lastname@example.org.
If, after examining the product, pic.cell finds that there is indeed a defect or lack of conformity in the product purchased, the customer may choose to have the product replaced free of charge, by having it repaired or replaced, by having the price reduced appropriately, or by terminating the contract with a full refund of the price. As mentioned above, these rights must be exercised within a maximum and non-extendable period of 2 (two) months from delivery of the product, under penalty of forfeiture.
pic.cell will repair, deliver a new product, or refund you, in part or in full, depending on your choice, as soon as possible and always within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days.
If you choose to withdraw from the contract and return the product, you will be refunded the price paid for the product, as well as the delivery costs and, if applicable, the return costs. The amount will be refunded to the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly request otherwise, and in the case of payment by ATM, we will proceed with the refund by bank transfer to the IBAN that you indicate, which will not imply that you will incur any costs as a result of the refund.
Defects or malfunctions resulting from improper use of the products purchased, failure to comply with the instructions accompanying the products or resulting from repairs carried out by unauthorized third parties are excluded from the scope of the guarantee.
The products that pic.cell sells are produced by hand and often have the characteristics of the natural materials used in their manufacture. Products have characteristics such as variations in tone and texture that are not considered defects or lack of conformity. On the contrary, you must be present. Such features are unavoidable and must be accepted as part of the product’s individual appearance.
We consider it improper use and therefore not covered by the warranty:
– transferring clothing colors (be especially careful with denim);
– food and drink stains;
– contact with oils, perfumes, creams or products containing alcohol;
– excessive exposure to direct sunlight or heaters;
– scratches and tears;
– contact with sharp objects;
– stains and inadequate cleaning;
– moisture marks or discoloration due to poor storage;
– negligence and accidents;
– loss or theft;
All copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights in the materials or content provided as part of the website are at all times the property of pic.cell or the licensor, and you may only use such material in the manner expressly authorized.
This does not prevent you from using the website to copy information relating to your order or the details of the Contract as necessary.
Your privacy is very important to us and we are committed to protecting it. To make a purchase on our site, you will need to provide us with some personal information, which will be used solely and exclusively for the performance of the contract. No information you provide will be shared with third parties, or used for purposes other than the execution of the contract, the validation of the purchase with the credit card, the fulfillment for delivery of the order.
Apart from the personal data necessary for the performance of the contract, the collection, recording and storage of your personal data, including “cookies” for marketing or promotional purposes must be expressly and explicitly consented to by the Customer, who may at any time revoke the consent given and exercise the rights enshrined in the General Data Protection Regulation.
pic.cell reserves the right, on its own initiative, to make changes to the site, the products and the services described on the website, at any time, without prior notice.
In the event of a typographical error in the price of any product, we will contact the customer and the customer may choose to confirm the order with the correct price, or cancel it, in which case the customer will be entitled to a refund of the price. If the Customer wishes to have their order refunded, this will be done using the same payment method as the order.
The law in force requires that information or notices sent be in writing. By using this website, the Customer accepts that the majority of notifications sent by pic.cell are sent electronically.
For contractual purposes, the Customer agrees to use this means of electronic communication and acknowledges that all contracts, notices, information and other notices sent electronically satisfy the legal requirement that such notices be in writing. This condition shall not affect the Customer’s rights under the law.
