Is it possible to exchange or return an order?

Of course! If you are not satisfied, you can always exchange your order.

At the moment we are not accepting returns, but you always have the option of issuing a voucher for the full amount of the purchase which you can use within 1 year.

If you notice any defects or non-conformities when you receive a pic.cell part, please notify us immediately.

How long does it take to make an exchange?

You have 14 days from the date you receive the product to exchange it or request a return voucher.

What do I have to do to exchange an order?

Please contact us at with the following information:

– We would be grateful if you could explain why you were not satisfied, as this is the best way for us to improve

– Please include in the email the item you want to exchange for (equal or greater value)

– Shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The order should be sent to Avenida Combatentes da Grande Guerra, nr394, 4450-639 Leça da Palmeira, Portugal. For security reasons, we recommend that you send your order by registered mail. Once we have received your order and checked that it is in perfect condition, we will exchange the product and send you the new one. pic.cell may not accept the exchange of a product that has been damaged, deteriorated or stained.

How much does it cost to make an exchange or return?

Exchanges/returns are the responsibility of the customer, so the cost will be equal to the shipping price.

In the event of a return, how long does it take to get a refund?

The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the customer informed us of their wish to return the product via e-mail. However, if we have not yet received the returned product, we may have to withhold the refund.

The amount will be refunded using the same payment method as the purchase. Upon payment you will receive a confirmation email.

How are refunds made?

The refund will be made in the same way and via the same platform through which you made your purchase. If payment has been made by ATM reference, the refund will be made by bank transfer to your IBAN.
