pic.cell collects the personal data of its Users and Customers in the following ways:
Voluntary completion of the Customer account creation form, by the holder of the personal data, through the Site and/or the App;
Spontaneous contact by the Customer with pic.cell via e-mail for contractual purposes;
Personal data subject to processing
Firstly, we only collect, record and store the personal data provided to us by Clients when creating their personal account, in order to be able to execute the contracts entered into with them.
To this end, we collect, record and store the following data:
– Full Name;
– Tax number;
– Billing address;
– Product delivery address;
– Credit card payment details (if the Customer chooses this payment method);
– Telephone contact;
– E-mail address;
For what purposes your personal data may be used
In addition to the execution of contracts, Customers’ personal data is processed for:
– Maintaining communication between pic.cell and its Customers;
– To provide information and content of interest to its Clients;
– Improve the functioning of the site, including content management and prioritization.
IMPORTANT: We do not transfer the personal data provided to us by our Users to third parties, for any purpose whatsoever.

pic.cell stores customer data on the servers of a third-party service provider that guarantees a high level of data protection. This entity does not have access to the data stored there.
Any breach or attempted breach of the pic.cell database will be duly reported to the National Data Protection Commission within 72 (seventy-two) days and will lead to the criminal and civil liability of the Agent(s) concerned for the damage caused.
How you can change or withdraw your consent
You can revoke your consent to pic.cell sending you newsletters and promotional offers via our website www.pic-cell.online at any time.

The exercise of your rights is very important to us. To cancel your account, go to your customer area on the Site and click on the Delete Account link where you will find more information on how to proceed with the closure.
Rights of the data subject
